A detailed installation guide is provided along with all the necessary tools, allowing you to have your desk ready to be used in 20-25 minutes.

Yes they are! all our wooden desktops are sustainably sourced and cut to size here in our Mackay workshop.

Our Standing Desks can be adjusted from anywhere between 68cm to 128cm.

Yes! all of our desktops are coated in a anti-scratch and fingerprint film that protects your desktop but also maintains the high qaulity feel.

Shipping & Return FAQS

Every desk order is built and dispatched from our workshop in Mackay, Queensland. Delivery times will vary depending on where you are in Australia.

Choose the delivery speed that suits you:

  • Express Shipping (4–7 business days)
  • Standard Shipping (5–10 business days)

 

Same-Day dispatch if order is placed before 11am on any business day. Any orders after that time bracket will be dispatched the following business day.

We use our own trucking courier network for the first stage of delivery. Orders move through our internal transport system before being handed over to Australia Post.

Once your order reaches your local Australia Post distribution centre, an AusPost tracking number will be generated automatically. You’ll receive this via email as soon as it’s scanned into their system.

This process helps us keep shipping costs lower and ensures safer handling of larger items.

If you accidentally place an order to the wrong address reach out to us as soon as possible via our live chat. From there we will assess the orders status and contact our courier to divert your delivery to the correct address

We accept all major credit/debit cards along with dynamic checkout options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay

Unfortunately, it's not possible to switch payment methods once an order is placed. If you encounter this situation, please contact our team, and we will assist you in canceling the existing order. You can then proceed to place a new order using the desired payment method.

Absolutely! Our checkout process is hosted on Shopify's secure server, ensuring the highest level of security for your personal and payment information. We do not store any credit card information in our system, providing an extra layer of protection.

Please note that this warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, and it is non-transferable.

If you encounter any problems with your desk while it's under warranty, please email us at contact@lunedesk.com.au and include clear photos showcasing the defects. We will promptly address the issue and provide you with a replacement part if necessary. Rest assured, we will cover any shipping fees associated with the replacement.
